This represents the masterpiece of French shipbuilding at the end of the XVII century. Built at Toulon by the master shipwright, Francois Coulomb, and profusely decorated by Jean Berain. With her 112 cannons, she was the largest and the most decorated ship in the world.

Information about this ship is scarce, which makes building this model very challenging.

The model has Osage orange framing for stability and strength and boxwood, ebony and bloodwood for the rest.

Dimensions are: overall length 57", height at stern 20", width at main channels 12 ½".
